Our Happiness Guarantee

Happy art deserves a happiness guarantee. First of all, if the art is damaged in any way when you receive it, let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange for its return. We know that you'll love Linda's art that you've chosen to be a part of your life. But if within the first week of having the painting in your home or business you decide that you are not completely happy with it, you can return it for a full refund of your purchase price. You are only responsible for shipping charges to return the art and assuring that we get it back in the same condition as when you received it.

In-Home/Business Viewing
It's often difficult to envision how a painting will look in a specific space or against a particular wall. Will it clash with the colors? Is it too large? Too small? And so on. That's why Linda and her husband/partner David offer in-home/office/business viewings of Linda's Wildflower art to Texas clients in the Texas Hill Country and surrounding areas.
If you live or work within a 100-mile radius of Austin/Wimberley area and would like for the Jacobsons to bring a selection of paintings from Linda's Mid-Size and up portfolios to your home or office, just contact them! This service free of charge with no obligation to purchase. If you are more than 100 miles, the service is available for a fee. Please contact Linda and David for more information. |

Yes, we will deliver or ship any art purchased at listed price anywhere in the continental U.S. for free! If you are in the Austin/San Antonio area or the Texas Hill Country, we will try to arrange to deliver the work in person. Otherwise, we generally ship using UPS. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska, contact us to discuss delivery options. Please note that we do not ship internationally at this time.

Of course, cash and checks always work! But we are also happy to accept any major credit card for payment, as well as Venmo or PayPal. Just contact us so we can accommodate your desires.
We are also happy to work with clients on a customized "layaway/installment" plan.. Again, let us know how we can help! Give the gift of Linda's art!
