Accommodating the Client

 A few months back, I received an email expressing interest in "Efflorescence" a 40x16 painting that was more in my Motley Meadows series. The client, Melanie, had been to our gallery in Wimberley so she knew my work. She was looking for something to add a pop to her home office and was pretty sure that "Efflorescence" would do the trick but wasn't 100% sure. I invited her to send me some photos of the space and her color choices for the wall and I'd see what I could do as a mock up for her to consider
Using what she sent for images and measurements, I created a Photo-shopped image of what it might look like. She loved it but was still a bit hesitant and asked about our return policy. I always offer a 100% Happiness Guarantee so that was no problem. If it worked out fine, If not, she could return the painting.
We took care of the payment over the phone and I carefully packed and shipped the painting. Within a week, Melanie confirmed that it was perfect and sent back a few photos with a sweet note.

"Thank you for everything!" she wrote. "Your mock up really helped me decide. The painting is gorgeous- you are so talented!"
